SlSlowly pour about 1 cup of the hot broth into the roux, whisking continuously. Once it's smooth and well combined, pour the roux mixture into the slow cooker.Step 2
SlWhisk well, then cover and let cook on high until nice and thick, 30 minutes to 1 hour. Uncover, season, cool, and serve!Step 3
