Blueberry Cheesecake and Very Cherry Gelato

Off-white Section Separator Very Cherry Gelato: – Fresh or frozen sweet cherries  – Granulated sugar – Whole milk – Lemon juice

Off-white Section Separator Blueberry Cheesecake Gelato: – Fresh or frozen blueberries – Sugar – Whole milk – Cream cheese

Off-white Section SeparatorCherry Gelato: Remove the stems on the cherries, then rinse and pit them. Place 2 cups of cherries, lemon juice and the sugar in a food processor.Instruc

Off-white Section SeparatorAdd the milk and run the food processor until the mixture is smooth. Add in the other half of cherries and freeze in the ice cream maker.

Off-white Section SeparatorBlueberry Cheesecake Gelato: Rinse blueberries in cold water. Place the blueberries and the sugar in a food processor and process until liquefied. 

Off-white Section SeparatorAdd the cream cheese and run the food processor until fairly smooth. Add the milk to the food processor and continue to mix.
