Corn on the cob that is topped with a creamy sauce of Mexican crema and mayonnaise, a sprinkle of Tajin, and Cotija cheese and lime.
INGREDIENTS– lime juiced – cilantro chopped – tajin seasoning – cotija cheese – Mexican crema
Serve up this elote corn on the cob for a delicious and easy side dish, snack or appetizer.
Bring a pot with water to a full boil. Add the corn and cook for 5 minutes or until the corn kernels are tender.1
Remove corn from the hot water and place on a plate. In a bowl you will add the Mexican crema, mayonnaise and lime juice. Mix well.2
Brush the warm corn with the Mexican crema mixture. Then sprinkle on the Cotija cheese, Tajin, and fresh cilantro.3
