Mustard Sauce for Pork Chops
There's no sauce quite as quick, easy, and unbelievably delicious as a good Mustard Sauce for Pork Chops!
You will need...Chicken Stock Dijon Mustard Heavy Cream Worcestershire Sauce SaltĀ Pepper
Step 1Pour chicken stock in a pan (If you cooked pork chops in the pan beforehand, don't clean it! Use the stock to de-glaze.). Stir until steaming, then slowly add the heavy cream
Step 2Once well mixed, add in the Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Step 3Whisk well, making sure there are no clumps remaining. (If using a pan with pork drippings, make sure to scrape up all the browned bits.)
Step 4Allow the sauce to simmer, thickening until it reaches your desired consistency. Then season to taste with salt and pepper, pour on to pork chops, and serve!
