IngredientsHoagie roll Leftover Meatloaf Olive oil Shredded cheese Tomato sauce Lettuce Tomato
Step 1Heat a skillet to medium-low heat. Once hot, add olive oil and lay down slices of meatloaf.
Step 2Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until each side of your meatloaf is golden brown.
Step 3Top meatloaf with shredded cheese and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Step 4Once the buns are toasted, begin assembling. Spread tomato sauce over the inside of your buns.
Step 5Top with meatloaf, lettuce, and tomatoes.
Step 6Place the top bun on your sandwich and enjoy!
