Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in vanilla and baking soda. Add the flour to the bowl and blend until smooth. 1
Stir the white chocolate chips and Rice Krispies cereal into the batter by hand. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.2
Remove from the oven, and use a fork to flatten the cookies slightly. Bake for another 8-10 minutes or just until they’re golden brown around the edges.3
Allow the cookies to cool slightly on the baking sheet. Then, transfer them to a wire cooling rack for at least 2-3 minutes before serving.4
