SlSeason roast with salt and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Step 1
SlPlace the roast in a large vacuum bag, and seal it tightly.Step 2
SlSet sous vide to 132-degrees & attach it to a pot with water. Place roast in the water and clip to the side. Cook for 6-10 hours.Step 3
SlRemove beef and reserve the liquid! Preheat oven to 550°F. In a bowl, combine garlic butter ingredients and rub all over the roast.Step 4
SlPlace in a roasting pan with a rack. Roast for 8-10 minutes.Step 5
SlRemove from the oven and let rest. In a skillet, bring the cooking liquid and beef broth to a boil.Step 6
SlReduce the heat and simmer until reduced by half. Skim off any solids that rise to the top.Step 7
SlServe sliced prime rib and serve with Au Jus on the side. Enjoy!Step 8
