– Red potatoes – Garlic – Butter – Cream cheese – Heavy cream – Parmesan cheese – Salt and pepperIngredients
Boil potatoes and garlic in salted water until potatoes are tender.
Drain potatoes and place back in pot. Mash over low heat.
Add butter, cream, cream cheese, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth.
Serve warm with butter and a sprinkle of parsley. Enjoy!
